Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Toss the cauliflower until it is well coated.
Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Roast the cauliflower in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it is tender and lightly browned.
