Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Toss the potato wedges until they are well coated.
Spread the potato wedges out in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Bake the potato wedges in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are tender and lightly browned.
