GREEK SALAD

Ingredients

1 head of romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced cucumber, sliced red onion, and pitted kalamata olives.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top of the salad.
