Ingredients
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups warm water
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons salt
Directions
In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast and salt.
Add warm water, honey and oil and mix well.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
Let the dough rise for another 15 minutes.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
